Limitation of the right of withdrawal
The right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason is not entitled to the consumer if he buys a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to his specifications or serving to satisfy his individual needs
Article 38 of the Act of May 30, 2014 on consumer rights: The right to withdraw from a contract concluded outside the business premises or at a distance is not available to the consumer in relation to contracts:
3) in which the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or serving to satisfy his individual needs.
The above article does not apply to ready-made pieces from the "OUTLET" category, where pre-prepared materials are displayed, and orders where we send full logs of a given color.
In the case of a purchase from the "OUTLET" category and full bars, the return rules are precisely regulated by the Act of May 30, 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827), Art. 27. On its basis, the consumer has the right to return the purchased goods within 14 days from the date of delivery. The consumer has the right to return the goods without giving reasons, in accordance with the general principles resulting from the provisions on concluding distance contracts. According to the Consumer Rights Act, you will have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
